We always talk about the love we lost, or the one who got away. However, we should realize that love can never be lost. When a love is real, when it completely consumes you and takes hold of your entire life, it can never be lost. Sure, you may lose the person, but the love that you feel for them is always going to be there, even if you fall in love with someone else.
